Stephanie Jane Booth lives in Lausanne, Switzerland, her hometown. Born in the UK in 1974 to a Swiss mother and British father, she moved to Switzerland at age two. She has been writing her blog, Climb to the Stars, since July 13, 2000, with the website going online a year earlier. She writes about whatever interests her or might be useful to others, acknowledging her ADHD may make it seem random. Her interests include cats, taking photos, skiing, hiking, sailing, judo, reading, movies, music, languages, and understanding how brains and communities function. She views the world through the systems that compose it and has a drive to fix the bugs she spots. She previously worked as a project manager at Orange for the Customer Relations department and has a degree in history of religions (specialized in Indian culture), philosophy, and French.
