Francisco Casal Fernández is originally from the Rías Baixas in Galicia. He currently works in education, but as a child, he was more interested in cycling, computers, and spending time with friends. He has a degree in Teaching, a degree in Philosophy and Educational Sciences, and started a doctorate. He has worked in the bicycle sector, as a teacher of adults and a technician in municipal educational programs. He has also worked in public education as a primary school tutor, counselor, special education teacher, director, and head of studies. He has also worked as an advisor and dedicated time to teacher training.
