He has experience building and growing teams, designing and operating production web services, and leading GDPR and PCI-DSS compliance work. Since 2015, he has been running internationally-distributed teams, creating diverse and inclusive organizations. He is currently seeking a tech leadership role and offers interim and advisory services through Moorhen Solutions Ltd. Kristian is a Fellow of the Python Software Foundation, an Individual Member of the Django Software Foundation, and the treasurer of PyCon UK since 2016. He is also a founder and trustee of the UK Python Association.

Halelly Azulay is the Founder and CEO of TalentGrow LLC, a consulting company established in 2006. As an author, speaker, facilitator, and leadership development strategist, she specializes in communication skills and emotional intelligence. Jayson J. Phillips is a software engineering leader with over 20 years of experience building software products. He has spent the last 7 years in management and people leadership, building empathetic team cultures. Currently, Jayson serves as the Head of Engineering at Magpie Literacy, where he leads teams in building literacy software. He is also a certified Master Health Coach and the founder of Breakpoint Wellness. Jayson is passionate about the intersection of technology, talent development, wellness, and product development.

Lev Lazinskiy lives in Emeryville and works in the tech industry. He is passionate about building teams and helping people solve complex business problems. Currently, he works at Foxglove building the observability stack for robotics companies. Outside of work, Lev enjoys cooking, eating, chess, reading, writing, music, Peloton, traveling, and public transit. He studies Chinese and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and Aosheng. Drew is an engineering leader at ConductorOne, residing in Portland, Oregon with their partner and two children. With 17 years of experience, Drew has led engineering teams at companies like Fullscreen, New Relic, Jeli, and PagerDuty, helping to launch global streaming and e-commerce products and improve developer platforms. Drew thrives at the intersection of people, systems, and strategy, helping teams approach complex problems with clarity, resilience, and purpose. They are interested in communication, leadership, mindfulness, mycology, natural science, neurology, philosophy, and psychology.

Benjamin Peace Hoffman is the co-founder of cityHUNT, a company that crafts scavenger hunts. He is also a life and business strategist and entrepreneur. Ben harnesses the power of mindfulness, positive psychology, corporate team building, and adventure to enhance team productivity, employee relations, and workplace happiness. He leads mindfulness team-building and scavenger hunts in the United States and around the world. Ben is working on a book called "Scavenger Hunt For The Soul." His work focuses on connecting with yourself, connecting with others, and connecting with nature/the world. He lives in a small community outside of Atlanta, Georgia.

Craig Jamieson is a creative leader who builds and leads high-performing multi-disciplinary teams. He helps teams bring strategy and creativity together to solve problems and drive growth. He has experience across agencies, in-house teams, consultancies and startups, working with global brands and early-stage ventures in various sectors and continents.
