Matt started building technology solutions in high school and continued while studying at Waikato University. He helped develop and deploy wireless networks across rural communities. He aims to lead the development and operation of software systems that deliver new opportunities for individuals, businesses, and communities.

Björn Andersson, which means bear in Swedish, recently returned to Sweden after living in Singapore for 13 years. He has decades of experience working at startups and large companies. After two decades of working with software and technical leadership, he wants to share his work, thoughts, and discoveries openly.
