Chris Kenst has been an active member of the global testing community for over a decade. In 2018, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Association For Software Testing (AST), a global non-profit. He was named President of the AST in 2020. Chris enjoys speaking at software conferences and meetups, and learning and writing about software development and software testing. He teaches software testing and runs an open source list of testing conferences and workshops. He has been in testing and test leadership roles for startups and larger companies. Chris holds a Bachelors from San Francisco State University and has passed all of the Black Box Software Testing courses available.
