He grew up in a small mid-Missouri town (Salem) and later moved to Omaha, Nebraska. Now, he's a digital nomad, traveling and working remotely full time, usually following nice weather along the West coast. He enjoys attending pro wrestling shows and has been to 11 WWE WrestleMania's. He loves banana splits and mixing stuff in with his ice cream. He has been to 39 states and 10 countries.

Juan is a software engineer based in Santa Cruz, CA. Born in southern Spain, he has lived and worked in Barcelona, London, and New York City. He has worked as a software engineer for companies such as Dailymotion and Flipboard. He enjoys travel and writes about his experiences, as well as random thoughts and reflections. He also writes in multiple languages.

Rachel is the creator of Rachel's Ruminations, a travel blog focused on independent travel with an emphasis on historical sites/sights. She also reviews hotels, resorts, cruises, and tours, and has published articles about life as an expatriate. Rachel also has a newer website about travel to UNESCO World Heritage sites. She lives in Groningen, in the northeast of the Netherlands, with her husband, Albert. Rachel is Dutch, but grew up in Connecticut in the US, so English is her first language. After a long career as a teacher and teacher-trainer, she has retired early to focus on her websites and on travel.
