Eric Cook is the creator of CorkJockey. He has worked as a sommelier for venues such as the Patsy Clark Mansion, Spokane Country Club, the Davenport Hotel, and Beverly’s at the Coeur d’Alene Resort. He was the general manager and sommelier at Masselow’s Steakhouse at Northern Quest Resort and Casino until 2019. Currently, he teaches a wine seminar at Spokane Community College’s Inland Northwest Culinary Academy, writes for magazines, websites and wineries, and consults restaurateurs on wine service and management.
