Robert Wringham is a writer-comedian. He writes short- and long-form humour, fiction, creative nonfiction, critical essays, and the odd polemical rampage. As a performer, he does comedy, readings, interviews, and talks. He is the editor and publisher of New Escapologist magazine. His book, *Escape Everything!*, became a bestseller in translation. He has written for publications like *The Modernist*, *The Skinny*, and *Playboy*. He performs at venues like Traverse Theatre in Edinburgh and the Glasgow CCA. He grew up in Dudley and now lives mainly in Glasgow and sometimes in Montreal.
