E.L. Guerrero is a media and software artist and digital accessibility person. They are currently ½ of Walang Hiya Zine Distro with Keet Geniza. E.L. Guerrero is a member of W3C and a contributor to Asian Food Dictionary. Previously, they were an Accessibility Consultant at InterAccess and a co-organiser of Our Networks. They are also an alumnus of SFPC’s Solidarity Infrastructures Winter 2024 and co-organiser of MozFest Zine Fair 2023. E.L. Guerrero was a P2P Distributed Web of Care resident.
