Ilja is currently building AI-enabled tools and protocols for ecosystem mapping and knowledge sharing with Resolve. Since circa 2012, Ilja has been making products on the web and has collaborated with digital agencies, nonprofits, early-stage startups, SMEs and large enterprises. Some of the companies Ilja has worked with include Avast, GoodData, and Phrase. Ilja has a penchant for thoughtful design, clear information architecture and meticulously crafted experiences. Ilja approaches their praxis with a critical eye, stemming from an eclectic academic background in complex systems and emergent technologies.

Aleem Shaun is a thinker and doer who identifies as a husband, dad, and coffee enthusiast. He stands at the intersection of belonging, creativity, enterprise, faith, justice, leadership, and technology. He currently leads Welcoming Australia. Aleem has spent more than 20 years seeding and mentoring the development of leading initiatives and social enterprises that advance inclusion, belonging and justice for diverse communities. He is the Deputy Chair of Oxfam Australia and a mentor and advisor to various startups, community enterprises and government agencies. Marcin Zelent is an entrepreneur with a background in software development and cloud architecture. He is currently the Founder of Viridate, a startup focused on helping companies with the standardization and evaluation of carbon data. Marcin is also a student of MSc Technology Entrepreneurship at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). He has experience as a Senior Developer at Kraftvaerk, where he designed and developed cloud-based solutions. Previously, he was the Founder and CTO of ArchitectureQuote, where he built a SaaS platform. Marcin is motivated and resourceful, with a strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship. Dominik Weber is the creator of Lighthouse. He supports smaller businesses with their software development efforts, specifically companies where software is not their core business, but vastly improves their efficiency and leverage, and web-product companies bootstrapped by non-engineers. As a solo founder by choice, he combines skills relevant for building a successful product company, and creates a mental model for getting products from zero to one. He was previously at Vercel, where he managed a team of engineers and shipped product features. Prior to that, he was at Dynatrace and Bitmovin, where he was also a team lead. He was a leader of the “tech surge” that fixed HealthCare.gov. He co-founded and was the founding CTO of Ad Hoc. He is formerly the CTO of Public Good Software. He was the Deputy Director of Technology at the Democratic National Committee from September 2011 through February 2013 and worked closely with the Obama For America 2012 campaign. He co-founded EveryBlock in 2007. He co-founded Friends of the Bloomingdale Trail in 2003 and continues to serve on the board. He intermittently attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland, where he studied physics and philosophy. He is originally from Maryland.

Dany Bittel is a self-employed digital artist and developer from Switzerland. His background is in visual effects and animation, and he now specializes in interactive installations. He likes to experiment and work across different fields such as graphics programming, macro photography, and 3D scanning and modeling. Dany combines his artistic vision with technical expertise to develop custom solutions and interactive experiences. He is the creator of Miqula, a programming system for interactive content and games. Earlier in his career, he founded Elefant Studios, an animation and visual effects studio, and worked as a supervisor and director.
