Kristian Glass works at the intersection of tech, people, and systems, helping organizations scale and transform. He has experience building and growing teams, designing and operating production web services, and leading GDPR and PCI-DSS compliance work. Since 2015, he has been running internationally-distributed teams, creating diverse and inclusive organizations. He is currently seeking a tech leadership role and offers interim and advisory services through Moorhen Solutions Ltd. Kristian is a Fellow of the Python Software Foundation, an Individual Member of the Django Software Foundation, and the treasurer of PyCon UK since 2016. Jeff Triplett is a Partner at REVSYS and a director on the Django Software Foundation (DSF). He co-founded DEFNA and is a former Director and Vice Chair of the Python Software Foundation. Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, he now travels between Australian cities for work and Singapore to be with his family. Vinayak Mehta is a software engineer based in Paris. Before moving to Paris, he lived in Delhi, where he grew up. He enjoys writing useful open-source code and talking about the things he learns. He is currently working at Clarify. Towards the end of 2020, he joined June as the first employee. He spent the fall of 2020 at the Recurse Center. Stefano Cianciulli is a Software Engineer originally from Rome, Italy, currently living in London, United Kingdom. He studied Engineering in Computer Science at Sapienza University of Rome, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for his Master's degree. He has experience working on RESTful microservices, distributed systems, and data pipelines at companies like Snapp, Ocado Technology, Amazon, and eBay. His work has involved Python, Django, Celery, Flask, JavaScript, jQuery, and Backbone.js.

Nik Kantar is a software engineer living in Los Angeles, California. Originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina, he has called California home since 2002. He primarily works with Python. Nik enjoys riding bicycles, driving cars, pretending to write and read, listening to podcasts, the color orange, and spending time with his wife and pets.

David Bieber is a builder of projects, including Go Note Go, a headless keyboard note-taking device. He has also created Bieber Bot, Escape Castle Heterodyne (an escape room), Python Fire (for generating CLIs), and at Scheduler (a command line task scheduler). He helped build two different ones for a company that used to be called Cleversafe, but is now IBM Cloud Object Storage. He also worked on another distribution for GitHub, which lives inside of GitHub Enterprise Server. Currently, he is helping out with infrastructure at Danger Devices. He is most comfortable programming in Python or C, and can also be happy and productive in Go, Perl, or Ruby. He is well-versed in bash and POSIX shell scripting. He knows enough JavaScript and TypeScript to keep himself out of trouble and is currently learning Rust. He is into Docker, OSTree, Podman, and systemd. When not running a distribution he built himself, he tends to prefer Debian, Ubuntu, or OpenWRT. When building a distribution that’s not a Debian derivative, he uses Yocto.

Chris K. W. graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Data Science, in the College of Letters & Science. They previously worked on platform engineering, distributed computing, observability, and container orchestration at Anyscale. Chris is currently on sabbatical.
