Sebastian Hyberts is passionate about game and software development. He graduated from GameIT College in 2016, with a focus on game development using Unity3D and C#. During and after high school, he developed an internal-use app for Merrisun as the sole developer, using C# and Xamarin with a PHP backend. He worked for Kiloo as an Associate Software Engineer and Game Tester. Sebastian also worked on a student project for Varmekontrol, creating a Java/Spring system. He assisted the Distributed, Embedded and Intelligent Systems research unit at Aalborg University, creating high-performance parsers. In 2022, he earned a master's degree in Software Engineering from Aalborg University, specializing in programming language research. Currently, he is a Platform Engineer at Subaio. Egan Bisma is a fully-stacked engineer. He is currently at Cornell Tech, starting in August 2025, in New York. Previously, he worked at Sociolla in Jakarta from June 2024 to July 2025, BRIK in Jakarta from January 2023 to May 2024, and HPE in San Jose, CA from September 2019 to October 2022. He has worked on projects such as Glazier, a headless React window management primitive, and Rematch Coach, a desktop app to analyze user gameplays for online competitive video games. He also created Kopimap, a map of cafes in DKI Jakarta, and ScreenplaySubs, a Chrome extension to watch movies in Netflix with screenplays in sync, side-by-side.

Alessio Marchetti is a Data Scientist at Avvale. He formerly studied math at Università di Pisa and Scuola Normale Superiore. Alessio is the creator of a sudoku variant game that uses standard 9x9 Sudoku as a base and adds optional mechanics. He wrote a high school thesis on Genetic Algorithms, with some basic ideas and some working examples. He also created a WIP game and an Ising Model Simulation via Propp-Wilson Algorithm for a university exam. His bachelor degree thesis focused on Lambda Calculus. Alessio's master degree thesis involved building a transformer based model to predict the evolution of the clinical condition of patients and an explaination pipeline for a post-hoc local explaination.

Filippo Valsorda is a cryptography engineer and professional open source maintainer. He maintains the cryptography standard library of the Go programming language. He was the lead of the Go Security team at Google until 2022, and was on the Cryptography team at Cloudflare until 2017. He attended the Recurse Center batches Fall 2013 and Fall 2 2017. Simon Eskildsen co-founded turbopuffer, a fast search engine for object storage, in 2023. From 2021 to 2023, he helped friends’ companies scale their infrastructure, including Replicate, Causal, Datafold, and Readwise. He started maintaining sirupsen/napkin-math and blogging on the topic in 2019. From 2013 to 2021, Simon worked at Shopify in Ottawa, Canada, as Principal Engineer/Director, scaling the infrastructure. He competed for Denmark at the International Olympiad in Informatics in high school. From 2010 to 2013, he worked with Rails at startup Relatel. He grew up in Aarhus, Denmark.

Ashwani Rathee is a Master of Science in Computer Science student at UC Santa Cruz, advised by Prof. Alex Pang and Prof. James Davis in UCSC VIS Lab. His research currently focuses on understanding the 3D world with embodied agents to aid people. Before joining UCSC, he was a Software Engineer at FleetSafe working on radar focused surveillance systems. He received his B.E. in Information Technology from Panjab University, where he was advised by Prof. Mamta Juneja in the MDaRT DIC Lab. He contributed to open-source via GSOC'22, OSPP'21, GSSOC'21, and PSOC'20 working on spanning image processing, sentiment analysis, and machine learning.

Andreas Kling is a lifelong programming enthusiast and aspiring generalist. He is currently working on SerenityOS, a from-scratch operating system that tries to make Unix fun again. Andreas has been writing C++ for many years at companies both big and small. He uploads screencasts of himself working on SerenityOS to his YouTube channel.
