Henderson Reed Hummel is a programmer and prototyper. He works to understand how to make software that enriches and fulfills our human nature. Currently, he is teaching AI and ML in the Arts at Portland Community College and facilitating the SUDO engineering platforms at DigitalOcean. In the past, he organized Portland’s HTML day with his friend Danny. He was hired as a platform engineer at DigitalOcean in 2025. In 2024, he began running some local programming community events and awakened creatively at the Recurse Center. From 2020–2023, he graduated with his bachelors in computer science.

Jeroen Pelgrims is a Belgian independent software developer and teacher living and working in Antwerp. He studied applied computer science at the Karel De Grote University College (KdG). After working in Belgium, he lived and worked in Stavanger, Norway, for 4.5 years. He speaks Dutch, English, Norwegian, and a bit of French. He later moved back to Antwerp and taught basic computer skills at Scheppersinstituut Deurne & Antwerpen, also graduating with a bachelors in Secondary Education from KdG. Alexander Zarebski is an Assistant Research Professor in the MRC Biostatistics Unit at the University of Cambridge. He is interested in the application of mathematics, statistics and computation to problems in infectious diseases, epidemiology and public health. He has worked on software including DERP (Deep Recursive Parameter Estimation), Jump-Switch-Flow (joint work with Domenic P.J. Germano), and Timtam (Time-series Integration Method Through Approximation of Moments). He has taught Mathematics & Statistics for Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne in 2024, Biological Modelling and Simulation at the University of Melbourne in 2023, Git, GitHub and Reproducible Research at the Department of Zoology, University of Oxford from 2021-2022, and Applied Analytic Statistics at the Oxford Internet Institute from 2020-2022.

Bruno Bernardino is an Automation Engineer and Consultant. He has been helping businesses grow since 2003. In late 2023 he created bewCloud, a simpler alternative to Nextcloud and ownCloud. Since 2019, he has been helping Sunsama grow more than 20x, past profitability, while building a remote engineering culture, as their Founding Engineer. Prior to that, he was Zapier's first Developer Platform Engineer and built their new CLI Developer Platform, growing from 50 to over 1000 apps, and the company from 30 to over 300 people. Before Zapier, at Lumenalta, he managed and grew the all-remote engineering team from 30 to 100+, and revenue 10x, as their CTO and COO. He also founded a web hosting business and a software agency, both of which he sold. He has also worked as a systems administrator and software engineer.
