Faye Tan is a Singaporean dance artist based in the UK. She has a decade of experience as a full-time dancer with National Dance Company Wales and Frontier Danceland. Since graduating from Rambert School and VERVE, she has worked with over thirty choreographers. Her movement and choreographic practices are informed by diverse dance styles and techniques. Her choreographic work explores human emotion and navigates departures from societal norms. Faye has been commissioned to choreograph for various companies and schools. She is also a dance teacher and facilitator for a wide range of people and provides mentorship for new graduate dancers. She has experience as a rehearsal director and movement director. J.Q. Whitcomb is a trumpet player and composer based in Cork, Ireland. He creates moods through his music, ranging from tenderness to exuberance. He has released two albums with his quintet Five Below, "Airports" (2010) and "Tales of Enchantment" (2014). J.Q. was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and started playing professionally as a teenager. He graduated from Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music with degrees in Jazz Performance and Chinese Language. He also holds a master's degree from The Juilliard School. He lived in Shanghai from 2003 to 2010 and was involved in the jazz scene there, including co-founding the JZ School.
