J. Brown is a yoga teacher, writer, and podcaster. He is the founder of Abhyasa Yoga Center, originally in Brooklyn, NY. With over twenty-five years of experience, J. Brown has developed techniques to teach people how to practice yoga in a deeper and more fulfilling way. He focuses on a breath-centered therapeutic yoga practice, inspired by the TKV Desikachar tradition, geared towards well-being and lessening of pain. J.
