His roles have included software consultant, developer, development manager, leader of product management and development, solution architect, and business consultant. He has worked with companies such as 3M, Mars, and PepsiCo. Peter focuses on simplifying processes and creating value.

A former MFA student and sports journalist, her current work with poetry and short-form writing is enraptured with queer longing, identity, and liminality. Fae has past and upcoming publications in Moist Poetry Journal, TRANS MAG, Pink Poetry Club, and Coin-Operated Press. Her debut poetry collection, *the rest is up to you, love*, will be released in Summer 2026. Fae's work explores transness as a mode of relating, focusing on t4t relationships and the inherent promise of freedom within these connections. She is interested in transition as a way of resolving internal conflicts and emphasizes the trans body and heart as subjects of art and poetics.

Courtney Carver is the creator of Be More with Less, a platform dedicated to simplifying life and truly living. She shares her story and insights to help others discover the joy in less, focusing on decluttering and prioritizing what truly matters. Through her work, she aims to help people create lives with more savings, less debt, more health, less stress, more space, less stuff, and more joy with less obligation. She started Be More With Less and Project 333 in 2010.

Adbalits is a musician, writer, technologist, and startup entrepreneur. Adbalits graduated Norfolk Academy as Valedictorian in 2012 and attended the University of Texas at Austin for three semesters, studying Computer Science and Mathematics. After a year of backpacking and volunteering, Adbalits spent time teaching themself music, writing, and full stack web development. Adbalits co-founded BeatGig as CTO, and later built and released Quantizy, a time-tracker for iOS. Adbalits has worked as a software engineer for Grapevine AI and Amazon. Currently, Adbalits is taking a sabbatical to study AI and help build Shrinked.AI.
